I love January. I love it because it is a quiet month and I find good excuse to nest at Pov Place.
As much as I love clothing,my fave item is my fluffy pink bathrobe. I love being home with my three great loves with nothing to do. Although I will admit that after three days in the house due to the snow-ice storm we were ready to get out!
But Pov Nest is always best.

Too much to capture on a blog post - Christmas 2010

It is hard to capture Christmas 2010 in a blog post. It was great, a whirlwind..... busy, hectic, funny at times a bit stressful(doing laundry, packing repacking). But now after a week, I can say it was really wonderful.. and real and not perfect. And at times rather funny.... At times I lost the focus(i.e.Jesus, family, just being). Honestly. But the great thing about kids, they bring you back to the focus, to the priority.

CJ's Performance at "B" Elementary School Zoobilee

CJ's Kindergarten and First Grade Classes presented a Holiday Zoobilee. The name came to honor their Zoo themed Holiday Extravaganza. It was fun. CJ really got into it. I take credit for these genes along with Grandpa Ken and Auntie Lori who both also have big/ wonderful personalities.

PS: CJ if you read this some day, we are so proud of you. Dance my son... dance.. life is short!

My Red Carpet - "S" Friends Holiday Party 2010

There is something about a night out.. adult only.... the opportunity to get dressed in pretty things. Going out with Chris, lovely dress, yummy food, a little local glamour and I am as happy as can be.

"S" friends are classy and so fun. They throw the most stylish party of the season in my neighborhood. Oh What FUN!
